General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between Brows Corner by Huda, a beauty institute specializing in microblading and semi-permanent makeup, and any client wishing to benefit from our services. By booking a session, the client unconditionally accepts the conditions below.
1. Purpose and Scope
These GTC apply to all services offered by Brows Corner by Huda, including:
- Microblading and permanent makeup for eyebrows, lips, and eyes
- Microshading, combo brows, and powder brows techniques
- Aesthetic care: manicure, pedicure, eyebrow lamination
- Professional training in microblading and permanent makeup
2. Booking an Appointment
Appointments are exclusively by reservation, made by phone, email, or via our online booking system.
When booking, the client provides their complete contact information and validates their request. A confirmation (email or SMS) confirms the reserved time slot. The exact address of the studio (Casablanca Maarif or London) is communicated after the appointment is confirmed.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
Service prices are listed in euros (€) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD) depending on the location. They are visible on our website, in-studio, or provided upon request.
Payment is made at the end of the service, in cash, by bank card, or by bank transfer, depending on the payment methods accepted at the relevant studio. A deposit may be required when booking for certain services or training sessions; it is then deducted from the total amount.
Prices include all taxes. Any price changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 48 hours before the appointment by phone or email.
In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours) or no-show without prior notice, the deposit paid remains with Brows Corner by Huda and will be neither refunded nor transferable.
In case of force majeure (certified illness, exceptional event), an exceptional rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Service Procedure
Each service begins with a personalized consultation: morphological analysis, study of expectations, and validation of shape and color. A verbal or written quote is provided before any procedure.
The client signs an informed consent form attesting that they have been informed about the steps, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
Following post-care instructions (hygiene, sun protection, avoiding certain products) is essential to ensure the quality and longevity of the results.
6. Contraindications and Consent
Certain medical or physiological conditions may temporarily or permanently contraindicate microblading and permanent makeup services:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Anticoagulant treatments or retinoid-based treatments
- Active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, herpes) on the treatment area
- Uncontrolled diabetes, blood clotting disorders
- History of difficult healing or allergic reactions
The client agrees to disclose any contraindications before the service. Brows Corner by Huda reserves the right to refuse a procedure if there is any doubt about safety or technical feasibility.
7. Results, Touch-ups, and Longevity
The results of microblading and permanent makeup vary depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, and aftercare follow-up. The average longevity is 6 to 18 months for eyebrows, and 12 to 24 months for lips.
A perfection touch-up session, included in the initial price, is offered 4 to 6 weeks after the first service to adjust the shape, density, or color.
Beyond this period, additional touch-ups are charged according to the current pricing. No refunds are provided in cases of natural fading or changes in morphology.
8. Liability and Guarantees
Brows Corner by Huda implements all necessary measures to ensure high-quality services, in compliance with current hygiene and safety standards (single-use sterile equipment, certified pigments, rigorous disinfection).
However, due to individual variability (healing, skin metabolism, sun exposure), no result can be guaranteed absolutely. The institute's liability cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with aftercare instructions by the client.
In case of an unusual reaction after the service, the client is invited to contact the studio immediately for appropriate follow-up.
9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan law 09-08, information collected during booking or service provision is strictly confidential and used solely for:
- The administrative management of appointments and services
- Sending reminders, aftercare advice, or personalized offers (with explicit consent)
- Taking before/after photos (only with written and signed consent)
The client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting info@browscorner.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the browscorner.com website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Brows Corner by Huda and protected by copyright laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Disputes and Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law for services performed in Casablanca, and by English law for those performed in London.
In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the place where the service was performed.
12. Modification of GTC
Brows Corner by Huda reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of booking the service.
