General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/h1>\n\n
\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between Brows Corner by Huda, a beauty institute specializing in microblading and semi-permanent makeup, and any client wishing to benefit from our services. By booking a session, the client unconditionally accepts the conditions below.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

1. Purpose and Scope<\/h2>\n

These GTC apply to all services offered by Brows Corner by Huda, including:<\/p>\n\n

  • Microblading and permanent makeup for eyebrows, lips, and eyes<\/li>\n \t
  • Microshading, combo brows, and powder brows techniques<\/li>\n \t
  • Aesthetic care: manicure, pedicure, eyebrow lamination<\/li>\n \t
  • Professional training in microblading and permanent makeup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

    2. Booking an Appointment<\/h2>\n

    Appointments are exclusively by reservation, made by phone, email, or via our online booking system.<\/p>\n

    When booking, the client provides their complete contact information and validates their request. A confirmation (email or SMS) confirms the reserved time slot. The exact address of the studio (Casablanca Maarif or London) is communicated after the appointment is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    3. Prices and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

    Service prices are listed in euros (\u20ac) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD) depending on the location. They are visible on our website, in-studio, or provided upon request.<\/p>\n

    Payment is made at the end of the service, in cash, by bank card, or by bank transfer, depending on the payment methods accepted at the relevant studio. A deposit may be required when booking for certain services or training sessions; it is then deducted from the total amount.<\/p>\n

    Prices include all taxes. Any price changes will be communicated to the client in advance.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/h2>\n

    Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be communicated at least 48 hours before the appointment by phone or email.<\/p>\n

    In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours) or no-show without prior notice, the deposit paid remains with Brows Corner by Huda and will be neither refunded nor transferable.<\/p>\n

    In case of force majeure (certified illness, exceptional event), an exceptional rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    5. Service Procedure<\/h2>\n

    Each service begins with a personalized consultation: morphological analysis, study of expectations, and validation of shape and color. A verbal or written quote is provided before any procedure.<\/p>\n

    The client signs an informed consent form attesting that they have been informed about the steps, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.<\/p>\n

    Following post-care instructions (hygiene, sun protection, avoiding certain products) is essential to ensure the quality and longevity of the results.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    6. Contraindications and Consent<\/h2>\n

    Certain medical or physiological conditions may temporarily or permanently contraindicate microblading and permanent makeup services:<\/p>\n\n

    • Pregnancy and breastfeeding<\/li>\n \t
    • Anticoagulant treatments or retinoid-based treatments<\/li>\n \t
    • Active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, herpes) on the treatment area<\/li>\n \t
    • Uncontrolled diabetes, blood clotting disorders<\/li>\n \t
    • History of difficult healing or allergic reactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The client agrees to disclose any contraindications before the service. Brows Corner by Huda reserves the right to refuse a procedure if there is any doubt about safety or technical feasibility.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

      7. Results, Touch-ups, and Longevity<\/h2>\n

      The results of microblading and permanent makeup vary depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, and aftercare follow-up. The average longevity is 6 to 18 months for eyebrows, and 12 to 24 months for lips.<\/p>\n

      A perfection touch-up session, included in the initial price, is offered 4 to 6 weeks after the first service to adjust the shape, density, or color.<\/p>\n

      Beyond this period, additional touch-ups are charged according to the current pricing. No refunds are provided in cases of natural fading or changes in morphology.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

      8. Liability and Guarantees<\/h2>\n

      Brows Corner by Huda implements all necessary measures to ensure high-quality services, in compliance with current hygiene and safety standards (single-use sterile equipment, certified pigments, rigorous disinfection).<\/p>\n

      However, due to individual variability (healing, skin metabolism, sun exposure), no result can be guaranteed absolutely. The institute's liability cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance with aftercare instructions by the client.<\/p>\n

      In case of an unusual reaction after the service, the client is invited to contact the studio immediately for appropriate follow-up.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

      9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)<\/h2>\n

      In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan law 09-08, information collected during booking or service provision is strictly confidential and used solely for:<\/p>\n\n

      • The administrative management of appointments and services<\/li>\n \t
      • Sending reminders, aftercare advice, or personalized offers (with explicit consent)<\/li>\n \t
      • Taking before\/after photos (only with written and signed consent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting info@browscorner.com.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

        10. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

        All content on the browscorner.com website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Brows Corner by Huda and protected by copyright laws.<\/p>\n

        Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

        11. Disputes and Applicable Law<\/h2>\n

        These GTC are governed by Moroccan law for services performed in Casablanca, and by English law for those performed in London.<\/p>\n

        In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the place where the service was performed.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

        12. Modification of GTC<\/h2>\n

        Brows Corner by Huda reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of booking the service.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
